Samuel Kibaara

Director Risk Management Consulting

Samuel Kibaara is a Fellow of the Institute of Risk Management (UK) and a risk practitioner in East Africa. He has specialized in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM). He has over 19 years’ experience in the field of Risk Management. Samuel has expansive experience in developing and implementing Risk Management Frameworks having set up and worked as the head of the Risk Management section at Kenya Power. Prior to this he worked at Aon Risk Global Consulting firm as part of a regional team of Risk Consultants working in Africa and Middle East. He has gained in-depth experience in developing and implementing Risk Management Frameworks. The clients he has worked with in Risk Management include; AIG, Barclays bank, DHL, Diageo (EABL), Zain, Airtel, Tigo Africa, Safaricom, Rift Valley Railways, Lafarge and Sony Erickson among many others.

Kenneth Muchiri

Director Finance and Administration

Kenneth Muchiri is a Master of Commerce – Finance (Strathmore University) and a CPA (K).  He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPAK) and an experienced accountant with over 19 years’ experience with 8 years as a Finance Manager for various organizations.

Over the last 4 years, Kenneth has been actively engaged in the development of ERM Frameworks for various organizations including Mater Hospital, Retirement Benefits Authority, Media Council, Kenya Red Cross Society among others.

Kenneth brings his experience as a Finance Manager in conducting risk assessment and risk analysis in the projects Pinebridge has undertaken.

Mwanakheri Ahmed Idris

Risk Management Consultant

Mwanakheri is a Risk Management consultant and trainer at PBTC. Her responsibilities include: client risk assessment and environmental scan, business process analysis, risk identification and analysis, review and compilation of risk registers, development of risk policy documents and frameworks as well as ERM awareness training.

Mwanakheri recently acquired the International Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management from the Institute of Risk Management (U.K), and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Enterprise Risk management from the same institution.

Before pursuing a career in Risk Management Mwanakheri, a Certified Public Accountant, was an external auditor at a Big 4 audit firm for 7 years. At the same firm, she transitioned into Risk Management, in charge of co-ordination of RM activities, including ERM, for the East Africa region for a period of 4 years.
